FIRST CONTACT WITH US …

We encourage you to contact us via e-mail or telephone. If you decide to contact us through e-mail, please give us as much information as possible concerning your expectations. We read everything and all is important to us. In response you will receive information about the date of presenting an offer or additional questions to clarify your expectations. If you prefer to meet in person, our employee will arrange a meeting in a certain place. The first measurement and preparation of the offer is completely free of charge.

WE MEASURE …

If the implementation requires measurements, our employee will perform them on the premises during the first meeting. This will let us avoid any mistakes while creating the offer. As early as then we begin to formulate the way of mounting and to resolve possible technological conflicts.

ACCEPTANCE …

If our offer is favourable for you, we sign the contract and as soon as the advance payment is done, we begin to work. We start from the exact measurements and the project. Blacksmithing should not be done by machines so our projects are mainly done in freehand, exactly like our works.

CREATION …

After you have accepted the project, we proceed to execution of your vision. All the elements are hand-made with the bending techniques and warm forging processes. The works are carried out in the workroom so you can visit us anytime to see the progress of work, or we can send you the photos of the operations.

ASSEMBLY …

After completion of works in the workroom the components are protected against corrosion and then we arrange the date of assembly. Assembly works are carried out very aesthetically and with the least possible interference in the environment.

THE END

At this stage, there is only the observation of the customer’s satisfaction left.
